US Heart and Vascular is needing a Vein Center Manager to join our team at Birmingham Heart Clinic/Vein Center in Birmingham, AL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Vein Center
• Manage the vein center team
• Maintain the highest level of customer service for patients.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate patients’ plans of care.
• Communicate patient issues and abnormal test results to the physician.
• Relay the physician’s treatment plan to patients
• Document all required information in the electronic medical record (EMR) for each patient visit.
• Collaborate with the pre-authorization team for diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Inventory management
• Perform all other related duties as assigned and assist in any capacity necessary for the successful completion of the

• Management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
