Full Time Cardiovascular Sonographer | US Heart and Vascular | Cardiology Center of Houston

Cardiology Center of Houston is in search of a Full Time Dual or Full Time Echo Sonographer to join our team in Katy, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs 2-D Echo and Doppler studies.
  • Responsible for performing a variety of noninvasive vascular evaluations
  • Explains procedures to patients and obtains informed consent from patient.
  • Ensures all required licensure/certification always remain active/current.
  • Provides excellent customer service and the highest quality patient care.
  • At all times protects the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) of patients per HIPAA regulations; including does not review his/her own record, or records of employees or co-workers without a “need to know”.
  • Actively demonstrates teamwork.
  • Follows other policies and procedures such that there are no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period.
  • Always adheres to company safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience preferred.
  • Credentialed in Adult Echocardiography and Vascular (ARDMS or CCI) is required.
