Description

US Heart and Vascular is in need of a Practice Administrator Manager to join our team at Memorial Katy Cardiology in Katy, TX.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing direction, training, and support to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care services and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of clinical programs and services.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, schedule management, and staff development to meet patient needs and service goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, mentoring, and support for clinical staff development.
  • Manage budgets and resources for clinical services, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead or participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous service enhancement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, evidence-based practices, and regulatory changes affecting clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with clinical service line management in a healthcare system is preferred but not required
  • Current licensure or certification in a clinical role (e.g., Registered Nurse) is preferred but not required
  • Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., Certified Clinical Manager, etc.) is preferred but not required
