POSITION DUTIES: Define approach to fundamental analysis supporting investment concepts and deals; independently formulate value levers and de-risking mechanisms for investment concepts and deals; validate the analysis performed by a team and ensure objective view of business fundamentals; drive anchor partner identification and development including letter of intent; term sheets, and definitive documents; organize and drive due diligence process for deals and anchor partners; drive talent recruitment process; post-deal, drive certain workstreams; start proactively sourcing deals and formulate investment concepts; and participate in sector research and idea generation work on an ongoing basis and reporting responsibilities for assigned deals as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; six (6) years of experience in a finance role; experience in buy-side investing, operating, or consulting businesses with deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape; experience executing and independently managing deals in small to middle-market Private Equity; proven track record of successfully leading and executing full-cycle investment transactions; strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
