We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div>  What You'll Do As Senior Financial Analyst with Imagine Pediatrics, you will sit at the intersection of core FP&A and strategic finance. This role is hands-on and highly visible, with broad exposure across clinical operations, strategy, actuarial, data, BD/growth, and senior leadership. You will own the analytical engine that keeps our financial planning accurate and timely, while also rolling up your sleeves on the harder strategic questions: capital allocation, value-based contract economics, ROI analyses, and the financial architecture of a growing risk-bearing entity. Primary functions for this role will include: <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Supporting core financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and department-level planning, partnering directly with business owners to pressure-test assumptions, align on targets, and manage ongoing performance against plan</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Owning the bottoms-up operational and financial forecast model, maintaining it as a living tool that reflects current business realities</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Preparing and presenting monthly financial performance packages for executive leadership, including variance analysis, trend commentary, and forward-looking implications</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partnering closely with accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Delivering clear, accurate, and timely responses to ad-hoc financial questions, tailoring insights for the audience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Building scalable finance infrastructure, including repeatable reporting processes, clean model architecture, and documented assumptions</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Building financial models to evaluate new market entry, partnership structures, contract economics, and capital deployment decisions</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Developing and maintaining analytical frameworks to analyze unit economics and performance across markets and patient segments, surfacing insights on risk, performance, and investment priorities</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Contributing to board, investor, and senior leadership materials by developing supporting analysis and helping shape a clear financial narrative</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Developing scenario analyses and sensitivity models that help leadership evaluate tradeoffs, anticipate risks, and make decisions under uncertainty</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitoring financial and operational performance against expectations, identifying emerging risks and opportunities and translating insights into clear recommendations</li> </ul> What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you're passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. In this role, you will need: <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">3–6+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, financial consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth operator finance role (healthcare experience is a meaningful plus, particularly in value-based care, managed care, or risk-bearing entities)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to mentor analyst colleagues</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable navigating ambiguity — not every question has a clean answer; you can make reasonable assumptions, document them transparently, and move forward</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong problem solver who can translate analytical output into plain-language conclusions for a non-finance audience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong attention to detail — you take pride in work that is accurate and well-supported and understand that credibility in finance is built on getting the numbers right</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Intellectually curious — you don't just answer the question asked but want to understand the "why" behind the numbers and connect financial insights to what's happening in the business</li> </ul>   What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)    The role offers a base salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
