What You’ll Do
The Director, Credentialing oversees the operations of the Imagine Pediatrics Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment Department to develop and manage Providers for a multi-specialty, telehealth group across 7+ markets. You will:
- Manage staff that process New Provider Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment for multi-specialty providers (MD/DO, NP, PA, RN, RD, RPh, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Develop and train on policies and procedures, workflows, and training documentation for the team to support successful day-to-day operations.
- Manage Delegated Credentialing arrangements - implementation and audit – as well as ongoing Delegated partnerships with health plans.
- Analyze and prepare reports on status and trends in submitted applications, existing Licenses/Enrollments, and expirables for cross-functional leaders.
- Ensure department milestones, projects, deadlines, SLAs and objectives are met; manage team performance against SLAs actively.
- Manage Credentialing Committee including maintenance of Credentialing software and Provider Rosters to comply with Delegation requirements.
What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve.
You will need:
- At least seven years' experience preferred as a Credentialing, Licensing, and/or Enrollment Specialist.
- At least five years’ experience preferred as a people manager of at least five team members.
- Previous experience managing functions in Verifiable and Athena.
- Have good working knowledge of guidelines and requirements of Licensure and Medicaid across several markets.
- Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders at variable levels (including Executive Leadership).
- Strong organizational skills.
What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)
The role offers a base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
