What You’ll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. This role will focus on processing and managing vendor payments in Bill.com, accurately coding transactions, and ensuring compliance with our corporate credit card policy through Ramp. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Accounts Payable Processing:
    • Manage and process vendor invoices in Bill.com, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
    • Verify accuracy of invoice coding to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Credit Card & Expense Compliance:
    • Monitor corporate credit card activity in Ramp to ensure transactions comply with company policy.
    • Review and reconcile credit card statements; follow up with cardholders for missing receipts or coding.
    • Flag and escalate policy violations as needed.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date vendor profiles, including W-9 and ACH information.
    • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

Note: This role will be part time, approximately 20-25 hours a week.

What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.

  • 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably with Bill.com and Ramp (or similar platforms).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and GL coding.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with team members and vendors.

The hourly rate for this role will be $25-$32 per hour. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
