Join Horizon Infusions and help lead a critical function that ensures patients receive timely access to life-changing infusion therapies. We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee front-end revenue cycle operations, including referral intake, insurance verification, prior authorizations, renewals, and patient access services across a growing multi-state organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in healthcare operations, enjoys building scalable processes, leading high-performing teams, and improving both patient and provider experience.

🔹 Lead patient onboarding and access operations

🔹 Drive proactive reauthorizations and renewals to reduce treatment gaps

🔹 Partner cross-functionally with clinical, finance, operations, and sales teams

🔹 Improve reimbursement outcomes and front-end revenue cycle metrics

🔹 Build and develop high-performing patient access teams

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient access

✔️ 3–5+ years of leadership experience

✔️ Expertise in prior authorizations, payer requirements, and infusion or specialty therapy environments

✔️ Strong operational mindset with a passion for patient care
