Who We Are

At Honest Health, we believe in purpose and partnership to lead the transformation in primary care. Our team of healthcare experts and clinicians collaborates with a range of stakeholders—from health systems, physician organizations, and payers to providers, practices, and patients — to deliver innovative solutions that elevate care, control costs, and support long-term health. Guided by our core values, we’re creating a value-driven model that creates lasting benefits for everyone, now and into the future.

For us, that’s just an Honest day’s work.

Your Role

The Director, Partner Implementation, is a player-coach who will (a) develop and manage high-priority, large-scale partnership relationships and implementations to ensure proactive clinical care and optimal clinical quality for our patients and (b) make staffing recommendations based on growth and effectively build and develop a team to effectively lead partner implementations. Under the direction of the Vice President, Strategic Execution, your role will be to work closely with payer partners, provider partners, and market teams to implement and operationalize Honest enablement models. To achieve this, you will need to: rapidly assess the current and future state needs; build and execute on clinical, quality, and operational plans; and utilize a collaborative, team approach with our internal teams and partners.

As part of the Strategic Execution team, you will work cross-functionally throughout the organization and sit within the Central Operations team and between the Business Development and the Market Operations functions to ensure partner success. You will drive successful adoption of Honest’s care model and significant improvements in clinical quality, operational performance, outcomes, cost effectiveness, and consistency in care delivery.
