Your Role

As the Senior Manager of Outreach and Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing conversion rates and expanding our reach for in-home visits. This leadership position will involve developing and implementing innovative outreach strategies, optimizing scheduling processes, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making. The Senior Manager will focus on targeted outreach campaigns, patient engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results in enhancing patient engagement rates and satisfaction.

Primary Functions of the Sr. Manager, Outreach & Engagement Include:

  • Conversion optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates, ensuring a seamless transition from initial patient outreach to successful scheduling of in-home visits.
  • Targeted outreach campaigns: Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging data analytics to identify high-conversion patient demographics and preferences.
  • Patient engagement tactics: Employ innovative patient engagement tactics to capture interest, address concerns, and encourage the adoption of in-home visits as a preferred and convenient option.
  • Team supervision: Supervise and lead the outreach and engagement team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members deliver high-quality patient service.
  • Efficient scheduling processes: Implement streamlined and efficient scheduling processes to optimize conversion rates, providing flexibility and accommodating patient preferences.
  • Data-driven insights: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into patient behavior, enabling continuous improvement of outreach strategies and conversion-focused initiatives. Translate data into targeted outreach plans developed to achieve conversion goals.
  • Quality assurance: Build and set quality assurance standards and goals to achieve effective outcomes for the business. This includes building and operating a quality review function to ensure standards of quality are set and met by the outreach team. Drive performance and outcomes with the outreach team to manage team metrics to ensure quality assurance goals are consistently met.
  • Call center SLA monitoring: Create performance SLAs and manage outreach team to the established SLAs. Develop a process for reporting on SLAs to the business, including identifying any gaps or opportunities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Collaborate closely with market leaders, care teams, clinicians, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to patient conversion and successful in-home visit scheduling.
  • Community education for conversion: Engage in community outreach with a focus on educating potential patients about the value of in-home visits, addressing conversion barriers, and building trust within the community.
  • Strategic reach and conversion rate optimization: Create innovative strategies alongside key internal and external stakeholders to enhance overall engagement rates.
  • Reporting infrastructure: Build out reporting packages for key stakeholders to help monitor and report on activity progress and key performance indicators. Develop and continuously monitor the outreach team infrastructure to ensure scalability with growth, standardization of processes, and effective training within the team.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

  • Must have reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless remote work communication and productivity
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in patient outreach, engagement, or a related role within the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of optimizing conversion rates and expanding reach through innovative outreach strategies
  • Strong data analytics skills for informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in efficient scheduling processes to maximize conversion and reach rates
  • Managed care experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience in using, building, and maintaining of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel
