Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative and operational support to the executive and senior leadership teams. This role is responsible for managing executive schedules and coordinating in-person meetings and events. This position plays a critical role in supporting leadership interactions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mange complex, high volume calendars for executive and senior leaders while prioritizing competing demands

  • Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics

  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board interactions

  • Coordinate and support in person meetings and events

  • Plan and execute onsite meetings including logistics, catering, and space coordination

  • Ensure seamless execution of executive and leadership events

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 5+ years of executive level support experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Sound judgement in prioritization and decision making

  • Proficient with computers and working with MS Office Suite

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry
