Who We Are
Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists across the country to provide individuals living with kidney disease a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach to kidney care. We are committed to improving the quality of life for these patients.
Our collaboration with nephrologists focuses on serving the needs of patients across the full care spectrum. We do this by tailoring care for each patient based on their unique needs ranging from delivery of care and education to coordinating transportation to dialysis and other social determinants of health that can delay patient care and treatment.
Your Role
As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Evergreen Nephrology, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase partner and patient engagement, aid in recruiting efforts and support organizational growth. This position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, being a proactive solution-oriented thinker, and creating bold marketing solutions that speak to various stakeholders.
Primary Functions
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate on creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Work with manager, Communications team, designers, and other Evergreen teams to execute marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, including social media, email, mail, and text. Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to adjust strategies as needed.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships and workflow with vendors, including print, promotional, and designers, to ensure deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Central Operations, Market Operations, Talent, IT, and Clinical, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Marketing Operations: Own marketing intake and manage projects for the team by evaluating and responding to requests, maintaining timelines for marketing and patient/provider engagement projects, and communicating status to appropriate stakeholders.
- Project Management: Employ strong project management skills and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Event Management: Lead on strategy and execution for Evergreen-sponsored national events. (some travel required)
- Streamline Processes: Always seek new ways to create new processes and make those we have more effective and efficient.
- Marketing Content Management: Edit and proofread marketing documents for quality control.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects, including website content, thought leadership, PR, and monthly partner newsletter.
How You Qualify

- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- You have at least three years of proven experience in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- You accept that things change quickly in a startup environment and can manage and meet deadlines amidst shifting priorities.
- You are detail-oriented and have strong project management and communication skills.
- You’re a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- You have experience in event strategy and execution.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft suite of services, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. (Preferred, but not required)
