YOUR ROLE

The Vice President of Provider-Based Enrollment will be responsible for driving Evergreen Nephrology’s patient enrollment and retention efforts. This individual will work to provide seamless transitions of coverage in risk-based models for Evergreen’s patient panels to ensure long-term quality care and coverage. This person will be accountable for new member acquisition through physician engagement, brand and field marketing efforts, community relationship-building, and will have successful experience building such strategies to achieve growth goals.

They will also partner with the broader Growth & Network teams in handling key payer relationships alongside the broader team and should be familiar with managing complex relationships with Medicare Advantage health plans. They must be passionate and motivated by the mission of driving a reimagined healthcare experience for every person living with kidney disease. This individual must have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively to engage patients and payers from the ground up.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Partner with the Chief Development & Strategy Officer to own the development and execution of Evergreen’s patient enrollment strategy, building successful strategies to enroll new patients and retain membership of existing patients
  • Develop and maintain provider relationships; able to interact with, educate, and influence physicians in relation to patient engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and provider teams across the company to drive growth across member enrollment
  • Build a scalable patient enrollment, marketing, and sales strategy; create supporting engagement materials for outreach and engagement with patients
  • Use a data-driven approach to measure outcomes and performance to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop relationships and partners with key national payers, brokers, and strategic community-based entities to develop and launch strategic co-marketing plans that promote Evergreen’s growth agenda
  • Develop and report performance metrics to key stakeholders, including both Evergreen leadership team, health plan, and JV partners

  • Comfortable with regular travel
