What are the job responsibilities?
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional hospice care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospice nursing and leadership roles, with demonstrated experience in managing patient care programs in new start environments. They will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of the hospice program, including patient admissions, care planning, interdisciplinary team coordination, and regulatory compliance. The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the designated area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.

What do you need?
- RN licensure for the state of Ohio
- Two-years of recent clinical experience in hospice or palliative care setting
- Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
